Description

Attorney Paul Parsons joins Claude Ducloux, LawPay’s director of education, for an intense and informative discussion on the status of immigration law and its current programs. Paul and Claude will cover definitions, waiver programs, employment-based programs, labor certification, non-immigrant status, family-based immigrant status and preferences, and updates on executive orders, including Deferred Action for Child Arrivals (DACA).

This program will not qualify you as an expert, but will be an excellent primer on the status, language, problems, and procedures involved in this crucial area of law that affects the majority of the U.S.
