We’ll start out discussing trial themes and how your presentation should match that theme. We will discuss the differences between demonstrative evidence and demonstrative aids, and remind you of learning styles that might influence how you present your case. We’ll review the law and the ethical boundaries of demonstrations and simulations, and what you should do for greatest effect.
