LawPay's Director of Education, Claude E. Ducloux, presents a 30-minute power point covering the nature and sources of “Worldview” and its influence on modern issues; understanding our own legal environment; we’ll discuss ways to moderate these influences and even to promote “belief change” based upon fact. We review the influence of politics on law practice, and to practice listening skills to communicate better. We’ll define and discuss group identity, and how it occurs, as well as polarization, pre-disposition and false consensus. We wrap up discussing changes we can make in our own communication and best practices to continue to promote the Rule of Law.
