Description

Join attorney Claude Ducloux for a discussion of fiduciary relationships. We'll explore general fiduciary concepts, including the three ways fiduciary relationships are created, the person or parties who typically serve as fiduciaries, and techniques for improving the attorney's observance of the fiduciary relationship.
