Description

This course presents a study of inadvertent, unilateral, and joint drafting errors; intentional modification of “standard” forms; incorrect recitations of law; and omissions by error of an agreed-upon term, and the ethical duties of the drafting and receiving lawyers in each situation, as well as practice strategies to guard against such situations.

State Bar of Hawaii Credit Statement (Under Approved Jurisdiction Policy)

Mr. Ducloux has a long legacy of bar service, including being President of the Austin Bar Association, and serving as Chair of almost every major bar-related entity, as well as the Texas Bar Foundation.  He is a board-certified civil trial and appellate attorney in Texas.
