Description

Join attorney Claude Ducloux for a discussion of the most significant areas of grievances against lawyers and how practicing attorneys can manage those situations to avoid grievances. The course includes discussion of the top five problems leading to grievances against lawyers, interviewing skills to avoid misunderstandings, controlling the narrative, responding to complaints, and handling billing controversies after retention.
