Immigration under Trump 2.0: Legal & Regulatory Changes to Date and Practical Advice

Immigration under Trump 2.0: Legal & Regulatory Changes to Date and Practical Advice provides immigration attorneys with a critical update on the evolving legal landscape under the second Trump administration. With sweeping executive actions, increased enforcement measures, and numerous ongoing legal challenges impacting immigration policy and the practice environment, it is imperative for lawyers to stay informed so they can effectively advocate for their clients. This session will cover the Trump executive orders, stats and outcome of litigation relating to the same, and proposed legislation and regulatory changes. Attendees will also gain insight into practical strategies for navigating heightened enforcement and procedural hurdles, equipping them to provide effective counsel.
